Sažetak
The oolorimetric method is the most simple and rapid procedure for the measurement of phenobarbital level in the serum, especially for toxicological purposes. However, it is not sensitive enough for the determination of low concentrations. The UV-spectrophotometric method is therefore considered preferable.
