Sažetak

The authors reconsider the Croatian law relating to the enforcement of administrative decisions and administrative court decisions, and they refer to the relevant legal provisions concerning the implementation
in the administrative procedure and administrative dispute. Finally, they discuss on the application of Convention rights and the rights of the European law in the enforcement proceedings.
