Sažetak

Life and work of a school is a theme of interest of different subjects of social life; of teachers, pupils and parents and of the creators of educational politics. One of the main goals of educational – instructional system on the whole is to increase of the quality of education. In this work, we access the processes of education and instruction from the aspects of interactionism, speaking of pedagogical climate as a special phenomenon of life and work of a
school. The work deals with basic notional dispositions of pedagogical climate,as well as fundamental approaches of research of pedagogical climate. The position and the significance of pedagogical climate in the context of pedagogical evaluation are considered, and it is pointed at the significance that the pedagogical climate has in the process of achieving the quality in education. In the conclusion of the work, it is pointed to potential possibilities of advancement of pedagogical climate, as the basic aspect of the culture of the quality in education, through (self)reflection which is inherent to the process of self-evaluation of schools.
