Sažetak
Celery, although still insufficiently represented vegetable in our nutrition, is characterized by a high nutritive and health value.
In view of constant search for higher quality and quantity, as well as for establishing a competitive market, it is often the case that improved methods of production and technology improvements are being strived for.
Due to globalization and market opening, crops such as celery, which were cultivated only in gardens in the past, have become interesting for the cultivation in bigger ploughlands and thus available to everyone.
