Sažetak
Preservation of potatoes during the winter is the complicated process, their tubers are very unsuitable for preservation because of their chemical composition. Tubers of potatoes deteriorate quickly because they contain much of water; they are subject to germination and this reason makes deficit during their storing. During the winter it is possible to keep potatoes in improvised storerooms, cellars ahd holes, but for this propose the most suitable are modern equipped depots with active ventilation where potatoes can be successfully preserved till ten months.
