Sažetak
Stubble cereals (barley and wheat) are the oldest field crops. This paper presents some pests and diseases which were noticed during the vegetation period of 2008/2009 in the area of the County of Slavonski Brod – Posavina. By keeping in mind an economic moment in the 2009/2010 sowing, farmers will be using their own seeds. We draw your attention to the importance of usage of declared and health tested seeds.
