Sažetak
Olive on our coast has probably been grown from times immemorial, which is confirmed by olive trees that are centuries-old. It is an inseparable part of coastal landscape, united with the life of local inhabitants, unique and irreplaceable. Olive growing is not only an economic branch, it is a cultural phenomenon, a symbol of peace, wisdom, it is a cure. The culture of olive growing in Croatia is one of the irreplaceable ones in coastal region and olive as a culture deserves all the attention.
