Sažetak

The monograph entitled ''Pressure Equipment'' outlines the legal background and technical specifications – standards - in the area of pressure equipment, developed in correspondence with the National Program of the Republic of Croatia for Joining the European Union according to the Plan for the Harmonisation of Croatian Legislature with the Legislature of the European Union. The monograph gives a survey of the legislature on pressure equipment today and an outline of the differences between the old and the new legislature. The approach of the European Union to technical legislature is described, and the New and the General Approach are reviewed with reference to the pressure equipment. Attached are the Regulations on Simple Pressure Vessels published in NN 158/2003.
