Comparison between two criteria of restitution

Sažetak

Two criteria of the restitution following ergo graphic work produced by electrical stimulation of the muscles were compared: the amplitude of the first contraction and the total work output. The: mean restitution curves for four male subjects show a systematic difference between the two criteria. The restitution expressed as the amplitude of the first contraction was higher than the restitution expressed as the total output. The differences were more pronounced after short rest pauses.
