Sažetak
A series of substituted anilides of (+)-B-methylhydrocinnamic
acid were synthesized and their CD- and UV-spectra were.
measured. All compounds (with the exception of para-nitro- and
ortho-methyl-substituted) show positive Cotton effects at about
240 and 210 nm, which were attributed, respectively, to the anilide
and aromatic chromophores interacting with each other.
