Assessment of the working ability in occupational lead poisoning

Sažetak
In the assessment of working ability in workers with lead poisoning three zones should be differentiated: ·the zone of harmless exposure, the zone of increased absorption and the zone of manifested intoxication. In the zone of harmless exposure working ability is entirely and permanently maintained, in the zone of increased absorption it may be transiently lost, while in the zone of poisoning it may be permanently lost for the working place with Iead exposure. A table with Iaboratorv findings showing the evidence of lead absorption or lead action in the body, is presented.
