Sažetak
The paper presents the SITC application for tracking malfunctions in the operation of the control and command and signalling and interlocking infrastructure subsystem. An analysis model for the malfunction of SI devices was presented briefly, in the application of which the process of SI device maintenance can be improved. Through ensuing model phases, it is possible to identify risks, i.e. potential weaknesses and “critical points” of the SI-device maintenance management process, and redirect the subsequent effects to preventative action of reduction or avoidance of determined risks. This is a precondition for raising the quality of planning priority interventions on maintenance, renewal and modernization of SI devices on the railway network of the Republic of Croatia.
