Sažetak
An unusual case of acute poisoning of a drowning miner by ingestion and inhalation of the so called »blue water« which contained toxic concentrations of copper sulfate is described. By application of symptomatic therapy and BAL the patient overcame the shock arid alter three weeks was dismissed from the hospital as cured.
