Sažetak

Today's modern technology allows the integration of different measuring devices in a unique system, which seeks to obtain accurate and reliable information for an economical price. Using modern techniques of measurement are obtained very comprehensive amount of numerical data on the area that is subsequently to be processed and interpreted. This paper provides an overview of the possibilities of today's technology, methodology surveying, processing and interpretation of data on the excavation of gravel lakes Cirkovljan. Emphasis is placed on the quality of calculating the cubic volume of the extracted material, which makes the ultimate objective measurements.
