Sažetak

Starting from the fact of the ecological problem of today's world and civilization, the author analyzes the situation in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi and gives ethical suggestions about the need for responsible behavior so that our lives will be more fertile, happier, and closer to God and nature. Particularly emphasized is the contribution of Pope John Paul II. The UN organization, contemporary non-governmental organizations, and the Franciscan Order who are trying to create the theology of their own presence in the world.
