Management involves the process of planning, decision-making and organizing as well as managing and controlling the manpower and financial, physical and information potentials of each and every enterprise for the purpose of achieving the set objectives.
An effective management system comprises a clear-cut division of work, competency in decisionmaking, professionalism and authority, high-quality information, adequate communication and a high degree of motivation.
