Tuberculosis of lungs among Mostar workmen

Sažetak

The author has sistematically examined 1818 workmen in Mostar factories and workshops. He ascertained that there are 53 persons i. e. 2.9% infected with tuberculosis of lungs, 39 of which with an inactive process (2.15% of the whole number). He also found that 535 person had had processes on their lungs before. meanwhile calcificated. The authot deals with the influence of profession on the development of tuberculosis.
