Abstracts
In this paper, MgO 38 %, C 10 %, Al 12 %, Fe2O3 34 %, SiO2 + CaO 5,3 %, CaF2 0,7 % as the new desulfurizer ratio composition. Adding FeS, heating in a high temperature furnace, and then studying the reaction product composition by phase analysis. Found that the formation of MgS, indicating that the new desulfurization agent can be used for desulfurization. When the temperature is the same, the higher the initial sulfur content, the higher the desulfurization rate of the new desulfurizer. When the initial sulfur content is constant, the desulfurization rate increases with the temperature increasing. Desulfurization is mainly concentrated in the first 15 minutes, the best desulfurization temperature is 1 500 °C.
