Sažetak
The major objective of this article is to give a review of computing related technologies as applied to biomedicine. Some of the more interesting biomedical software and hardware applications as well as the current trends in information, miniaturisation and robotics technologies which may have substantial influence on boimedicine of the future, have been described. Finally, a note on social and ethical implications of information technology is given.
