Sažetak

The author of this article, through the supervision, addresses the development of the identity of a group analyst during the group analysis education. It points to the problems that occur during education, that are recorded from the supervisor’s and supervisee’s point of view, as well as the influence of external factors, using evaluation sheets from the training program, her own experience as a supervisor and conversations with colleagues, group analysts.
