Apoplectiform syndrome caused by brain tumour

Sažetak
The paper presents the cases treated at the Department of Neurology of the Osijek Clinical Hospital in the three-tear period between 1991 and 1993. A selected group of 91 patients with primary or metastatic CNS tumours have been analyzed. Eleven patients (12%) with brain tumour, showing clinical signs of cerebrovascular accident have been singled out, i.e. the patients who developed prompt stroke symptomatology (occurrence of the focal symptoms within 24 hours).
