Sažetak

Percutaneous nephrostomy tube placement was performed in 13 children with obstructed urinary tract, aged between 3 days and 12 years. Our report include the data on the indications, the procedure itself, the maintenance of nephrostomy tube as well as the impacts of nephrostomy on the surgery and postoperative course.
