DYNAMIC ANALYIS OF CROATIA’S FISCAL AND EXTERNAL SUSTAINABILITY

Sažetak

This study builds the framework for the analysis of foreign and public debt sustainability aimed at providing an objective assessment of the outstanding debt stock and forecasting its evolvement over time. The analysis includes projections of key macroeconomic variables and projections of debt developments as well as analysis of sensitivity of projected debt ratio to various macroeconomic shocks. The results of sensitivity analysis can then be used to make qualitative judgements on the debt sustainability as well as to recognise the major risks.
