Sažetak

The Archive of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts (CASA) preserves one of the fundamental Croatian collections of medieval and early modern charters, the Diplomata. The collection was founded at the end of the nineteenth century from charters that were at that time in different collections within the Archive of the Yugoslav Academy of Sciences and Arts, and was later augmented by charters going up to 1859. The Diplomata is subdivided into smaller collections of charters ordered by topic or provenience (such as the Documenta Dalmatico-Veneta, Acta Erdödyana, Acta fragmentaria, and so on) and is placed in approximately 300 boxes. Work on inventorying and describing charters from this collection began in 1948 and was performed by Antun Mayer and a number of honorary collaborators. A year later, in 1949, there was the initiative for publishing the regesta of these charters. This plan for publishing the regesta of these charters started to be implemented in 1959, when Jakov Stipišić and Miljen Šamšalović published the first part of the regesta of medieval charters in Zbornik Historijskog instituta Jugoslavenske akademije The same authors in the three following issues of Zbornik published the regesta of all charters from before 1526. Since the regesta of other charters remained only in manuscripts, in order to facilitate their use the Department of Historical Research of the Institute of Historical and Social Research of the CASA in collaboration with the Archive of the CASA initiated the resumption of publishing the regesta of the remaining charters. In this issue of Zbornik 171 regesta referring to the charters from the period of 1527 to 1530 are edited and published.
