Overview of possible remedies for earthquake-damaged buildings

Sažetak
An overview of several procedures that can be used to remedy buildings damaged by earthquake is presented. Starting with building remedy objectives the author describes several appropriate buildingstrengthening procedures that are compliant with structural requirements for ensuring proper stability of buildings. It is emphasized that the choice of remedial method is dependant on characteristics and occupancy of buildings, and that proper attention should also be paid to funding available for such remedy. A well defined approach should be used in the resolution of such problems.
