Setting aside an already allowed arrest of ship : [case review]

Sažetak
If the guaranties deposited by the bank are sufficient to cover the total amount of the claims for which the ship is arrested, the court shall set aside that arrest on two conditions: a) that these guaranties are available and transferable in favour of the creditor, and b) that the state in whose territory the guaranties were given trats guaranties deposited in the Republic of Croatia in the same way.
