Sažetak
The institute of discretionary decision in the Croatian and European laws is
described. Special emphasis is on the control of administrative acts that contain discretionary decisions and on the regulation of damages in the Croatian administrative law and in European law. The author analyses the manners of legal protection in the EU in cases when individuals (physical or legal entities) believe that they have been wronged by an administrative act containing a discretionary decision
