The article deals with various aspects of damages arising out of agreements for the sale and purchase of ships and shipbuilding contracts construed in accordance with English law.
On the basis of English leagal precedents the author also analyses certain aspects of quantum of damages, contractual limitations and exclusions of liability and injunctions.
