Sažetak

Modern technologies have transformed the practice of assistive services by creating new types of services as well as extending existing services. However, the increasing use of assistive technologies brings with it certain ethical challenges. This paper reviews current possibilities and challenges of using modern technologies in professional assistive practice. The paper also presents standards for professional communication with users in virtual world.
