Sažetak

The first part of the catalogue contains an alphabetical list of the Czech architects and their projects on the Croatian Adriatic coast followed by a brief review of the projects designed by the architect Zdenko Sila. The most popular tourist destinations among the Czech tourists are also included. The catalogue ends with a conclusion, an overview of the past exhibitions, short biographies of the authors, and review extracts. A host of Czech architects were commissioned to design tourism architecture on the Adriatic coast: August Johann Belohlavek, Matěj Blecha, Josef Dryák, Josef Hoffmann, Karl Holey, Wilhelm Jelinek, Lav Kalda, Fritz Keller, Jan Kotěra, Emil Králíček, Rudolf Krausz, Karl Lehrmann, Adolf Loos, Karel Pařík, August Prokop, Josef Prokop, Josef Schulz, Carl Seidl, Jiří Stibral, Adolf Tichy and Alois Zima, Karel Kotas, and Zdenko Sila. This exhibition honours the Czech architects and their contributions to the development of tourist architectural typology and to the design of tourist landscape on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
