Sažetak
The person giving an order for the warehousing of the goods is obligated to pay the warehousing costs. This obligation is not affected by the fact that the goods have been sold to a third person during the time of warehousing. Nevertheless the sale of the goods to a third person could be relevant between the buyer and the seller with regard to the stipulation of the contract of sale.
