Sažetak
A temporary measure of restriction on the disposal of a vessel under construction is governed by the provisions of the Executive Procedure Act. The court will issue the said measure if the claimant proves the existence of the claim and the probability that without issuing the said temporary measure the payment will not be accomplished or will be made considerably more difficult. The claimant has to prove this probability by pointing out particular acts or omissions of the debtor; such facts as e.g. a high amount of the claim or the existence of more than one creditor are not sufficient for issuing the said temporary measure.
