MLADEN LORKOVIC'S LETTER FROM THE HOUSE CONFINEMENT TO POGLAVNIK ANTE PAVELIĆ

Sažetak
The Minister of the Interior in the Independent State of Croatia and a high Ustasha official, Dr. Mladen Lorković, collabprated with the Minister of the Armed Forces, Ante Vokić, in the plan to bring the Independent State of Croatia to the camp of Western Allies. The leading members of the Croat Peasant Party were also involved in that action. By an intervention of Pavelić, the action was suddenly interrupted and conspirators arrested. The author publishes M. Lorković's letter to Pavelić, which he w rote from his house confinement. The letter demonstrates that Pavelić himself was involved in the action of siding with the Allies.
