Sažetak
The contractual relations between a foreign shipowner and a Yugoslav crew member regarding employment onboard the ship should be construed and interpreted according to the law of the ship's flag.
According to Yugoslav law there is no termination of the contract on employment of the crew member if the crew member was temporarily disembarked because of medical treatment for personal injury. His rights arising out of the contract of employment should be interpreted according to the law of the flag of the vessel.
