Sažetak
When entering a Yugoslav mortgage is effected in a ship's registry, it is necessary also to enter the dates when each of the loan installments provided for in the loan agreement are to be paid.
If the mortgagor attacks the court's decree granting the entry of a Yugoslav mortgage, he can claim the annotation of the suit to be entered in the ship's registry. The deletion of the mortgage can be effected only after the final court judgement is delivered proclaiming the previous court decree granting the entry to be null and void.
