Sažetak
The Faculty of Law (Zagreb) organized from 19-20 April 1990 in Zadar the Conference on the legal aspects of foreign investments according to the new legislation which was promulgated at the end of 1988 and entered into force in January 1989.
The Conference was attended by about 50 participants. The seven papers presented dealt with problems relating to foreign investments, with the intention to show that the new law makes possible the broader functioning of economic laws and the market economy. The presentation of papers was followed by lively discussion.
