Business administration studies for Croatian builders

Sažetak

International business administration studies for the field of civil engineering, organized and conducted by the University of Zagreb in concert with partners from Great Britain, Germany and Slovenia, are described in the paper. While emphasizing that many other countries have such studies, the authors provide basic characteristics of such studies and explain, in this context, the need to implement such studies in Croatian construction industry. Various forms of programme creation and adjustment are presented and evaluated, and possibilities of current educational methods are analyzed.
