Sažetak

Carriage of cargo by liner conference shall be a subject to conference carriers' rates as specified in the freight tariff and other provisions of the Conference Agreement. According to the conference tariff for calculation and payment of freight for shipment of cargo (timber), the calculation basis shall be the loading capacity determined per external size of cargo ashore where account is taken of external size of binding, packages etc. the way these are loaded on board.
