Sažetak

The claim made by plaintiffs (wife and daughter of the late seaman) against the defendant for payment of the sum insured for death of seaman on the basis of the employment contract concluded with the defendant represents a claim for fulfillment of a contractual obligation. This means that the issue here is not a non-contractual obligation, but payment to the plaintiffs of the sum insured under the contract pursuant to the defendant's contractual obligation assumed by the employment contract, which also includes relevant provisions of an insurance contract.
