Metrical characteristics of tests for estimation of the explosive strength factor

Sažetak
After the metrical characteristics and the factor structure of six tests for explosive strength factor estimation were analysed, the author concluded that:
- the intravalidity of each test is very good ;
- two latent dimensions were extracted not in concordance with the initial hypothesis ;
- in spite of that, the results of factor analysis can be interpreted in the sense of one, by action principle, defined, dimension (explosive strength), which, at the same time, splits into two topological factors (explosive strength of upper and lower extremities) ;
- on the basis of his entire analysis he would suggest the use of all of the tests in other studies of motoric space.
