The Croatian Policy of Issuing Coins

Sažetak

Under certain conditions, issuing contemporary coins may have other effects besides monetary, in the first place economic and numismatic. In this article the author analyses the newest Croatian coin emission and policy and notes some stages they went through. Despite the short time, Croatia is giving a significant contribution to the development of these activities through its various emission policies. Some new artistic solutions
also show activities in this sphere.
