Sažetak
Library user satisfaction with library services is very important. It shows library’s success and it can easily be tested through a survey. Požega Public Library and Reading Room conducted a survey about user opinion in order to improve fields of work that are most problematic according them. The survey was also used to discover user needs and wishes so their opinion could be implemented in the library’s new services. Požega Public Library and Reading Room is on the crossroad of its development as it is being moved to a new building which is going to allow the complete change of Library’s bussines style and introduction of new services and programs. The survey had been conducted at the Book Night Event 2018. and the subjects were informed with the goals of the survey. The results which show (dis)satisfaction of customers are analysed in the article and presented through text and graphics, in numbers and percentages.
