Sažetak

The purpose of this paper is to explain the role of grid infrastructure in e-science. Grid is a technology that enables global collaboration. E-science is a science which is characterized by the creation of large amounts of data. It is a science that is characterized by a multitude of cooperation of scientists in solving complex problems.
