Sažetak
Faust Vrančić was an exceptional person who left a significant trace in all areas in which he worked. His inventions are interesting, and still present in everyday life with new technical solutions. Some have been more elaborated, and some inventions were certainly significant at that time,but still have not been sufficiently presented or analyzed until today. This paper deals with his idea of folding blades (wings), which he developed in various versions of windmills and mills' operation, regardless of the direction of wind blowing and water flow.
