Abstracts
Statistical approach is one of methods offering us some quantitative indications of structure security and basic techno-economics criterion of their applications. The basis of that approach is determination of the probability of error occurrence in different interactive relationship between natural forces and structure properties. Results of that analyse are the basis for quantitative definition of the techno-economics optimum for structure and system application.
