Process analysis and metrics of complex organisational processes

Sažetak
The model of process analysis and process metrics is presented for complex organisational processes, as applied in the management of construction contract documents. The model was applied on four test samples of public-works clients. The qualitative data collected during the survey were converted into quantitative ones using the modified Likert scale. It was demonstrated that the organisational capacity is at the basic level, with an insufficient integration and optimisation of processes, and without indications that would point to a consistent organisational intention.
