Sažetak
Single-family row houses as a type of residential houses can be found in few housing developments in Zagreb. The housing development Voćarsko naselje consists entirely of such four-storey row houses. Situated on unfenced lots, they make up slightly lowered and shifted pairs of houses lined up along the winding streets on the gentle southern slope.
