Genesis of the urban area in the north part of Zagreb

Sažetak
From the second half of the nineteen century the most attractive
residential area in Zagreb situated in the north part of own on the outermost hill-sides of Medvednica has been gradually getting its urban articulation by the process of spontaneous growth and very small planning interventions. All regulative circumstances of this building which could have influenced the building, or which could have left things to the uncontrolled building behavior are chronologically elaborated till our days.
In this course the revant regulations, acts, regulatory and directive rules, studies and urban plans including also the penultimate GUP which validity was concluded in 1986, when the new one which is valid today was made, are stated.
