Geodetic Works and their Significance in Geo-Investigations of Lignite Deposit ''Kongora''

Sažetak
After a long period JP Elektroprivreda HZ HB d. d. Mostar reserved the needed funds within its Economic plan for the year 2006 in order to continue overall investigations of lignite deposit ''Kongora'' for the purpose of precise determining quantity and quality of the coal potential, as well as other researches for the needs of the coal mine and thermal power plant ''Kongora''. Concept and methodology of the investigation are adjusted to the geological-structural conditions of the investigations, and they are programmed in a way to rationally accomplish geological effectiveness of the investment in realisation of planned works.
In realisation of basic goals and conception of investigations, the works have been divided on: terrain investigation, laboratory testing, analysis and completion of Reports, Elaborates and Studies where the base of the investigation were geodetic works that will be introduced in this paper.
