Sažetak

ln this text the authoress analyses the basic features of the
program of mass privatization in Czechoslovakia, the results
achieved so far, and also gives estimates about the prospects of
a successful continuation of the process of privatization in the
future, with regard to the separation of the two republics.
Experience in applying this concept in practice indicates that
inspite of various deficiencies, its basic advantage is in rapidly
creating a broad foundation for privatization - millions of private
owners.
